


World Health Organization (WHO) defines pharmacovigilance (PV) as “ the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problem.” Pharmacovigilance and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) reporting education are important competencies all healthcare school students need to obtain before they graduate and be involved in clinical practice as healthcare professionals. Pharmacovigilance is an important discipline worldwide to ensure patient safety and the appropriate use of medicines.
